The 1,500 sq. ft. roof was showing typical signs of wear: UV-damaged fibers, seam vulnerabilities, and minor leaks — issues that, if left unchecked, would have resulted in costly replacements. Rather than tear off and replace the roof entirely, the city opted for a smarter, more cost-effective solution: coat and protect with IntelliKoat™.

Seamless Collaboration, Flawless Execution
EnKoat partnered with the City of Chandler’s preferred contractor, to execute the installation. Materials were supplied by Elite Roofing Supply, EnKoat’s valued distribution partner. Together, the teams delivered a flawless install across three days:
- Day 1: Power washing the roof surface and sealing seams and penetrations
- Day 2: Application of EnBase™ 110 base coat
- Day 3: Finishing with EnFlex™ 210 top coat
Drone footage captured throughout the process shows the transformation in stunning detail — from a roof once vulnerable to the elements, to one now protected by a high-performance coating system built to last.
